Snapform makes prostethics more accessible by rethinking how they’re are designed and manufactured

Snapform rethinks the way prosthetics are made, and removes the need for plaster casts, test sockets and numerous testing sessions. They do so by 3D printing sockets designed by their SimFit technology, which can design prosthetic sockets directly from a 3D scan. Snapform has recieved funding from both Innovationsfunden for their SimFit technology, and a Bevica seed grant.
By digitalizing the design and using 3D printers as a means of manufacturing for the proste, Snapform prostethics are less expensive and can be manufactured everywhere, making prostethics more accesible for everyone.
