Rock / Paper / Scissors Add/remove

Purpose:

Energizers are a great method to implement when you feel like the energy level in the room is down, or if motivation is running low.

Tips to include participants who are not able to:

Move

If participants are unable to stand up the energizer can be conducted sitting down.

If no movement is possible, the exercise can be done by saying out loud "Rock", "Paper" or "Scissors" instead of moving hands.
