Activity

Core abilities: Ability to move

Step by step:

  1. Ask participants to stand up and assign a letter and a color to them

  2. The energizer revolves around getting the participant moving around and looking for objects that start with the assigned letter and having the color that was assigned to them

  3. Once they locate an object they should take a picture of it and come back to the workshop location. This can be facilitated as a competition to make the participants run around and be quick to locate objects.

  4. Once back they could be given another letter and color and go for another round. Paparazzi can go on for several rounds, depending on how much time you have, and how quick the participants are at locating objects

When doing this method you should consider:

This energizer is dependent on you having found a good location, rich of various objects, for the participants to run around in.
Encourage laughter and fun, the whole purpose is to lift the mood.
